During the relocation of JEX, I was tasked with designing something for 4 aisles to make them less dull and perhaps initiate a conversation. Various facts and trivia were mentioned about the building, the surroundings, the city, the company itself, and even the founder of the company. One of these pieces of trivia was about the surroundings. Rotterdam is known for many things, such as the beautiful and unique bridges, four of which can be seen from the office.

These 4 bridges of Rotterdam are the Erasmusbrug, Hef, Willemsbrug, and the Brienenoordbrug. I ultimately chose to illustrate them in an isometric and simple way. The challenge was to depict the complex bridges in an easy-to-understand manner so that the design wouldn't be too busy. This was also an opportunity for me to test my skills with isometric techniques.
