Designing without a brief: Poster A Day
Poster A Day is a well-known design challenge where designers regularly create posters to try out new ideas, develop their skills and stay creative. For me, it was mainly a way to experiment and challenge myself without a set brief.
Without a brief, client or set rules, every design had to come from its own concept. This gave me the freedom to discover new styles, techniques and compositions, and to step outside my usual design approach.

A playground for new ideas
Poster A Day became a space where I could try out new techniques and tools before using them in professional projects. Not every experiment was a success, but every design taught me something new.
By creating consistently, I further developed my sense of composition, color, and typography. Perhaps even more importantly, it reminded me of how much fun it is to just create.

This project helped me stay curious and explore new ways of designing. I still carry many of the ideas, techniques and insights from this series into my daily work as a graphic designer.
