Building a brand that works worldwide.
Van Ameyde is an international company specializing in claims handling, risk management, and claims management. With offices in over 30 countries, a recognizable and consistent brand identity plays an important role in their daily communication.
When I started, there was no central visual foundation for all countries and teams to work with. My challenge was to further develop a clear brand identity and make it practical to use across the entire organization. The focus was not just on a consistent look and feel, but also on creating tools that allowed colleagues to work independently.

A brand with clear guidelines
To ensure the new visual identity would work well, I developed an extensive brand book with clear guidelines on how to use the brand. It established colors, typography, imagery, graphic elements, and various applications.
This created a single, clear visual foundation that could be used by all branches, ensuring greater consistency and recognition in their communication.

Designed for everyday use
Besides developing the brand identity, the focus was on its daily application. I designed various templates and communication tools that allowed teams to work independently, without losing brand recognition.
From PowerPoint presentations and Word documents to Canva templates and internal communication materials. By developing fixed guidelines and practical templates, it became easier to create new assets while maintaining the quality of the visual communication.
